Born Indianapolis, Indiana, January 25, 1973. Married to Melinda Russell, 7-27-96. Children: Kaelyn Suzanne, born 3-29-03 and Kyleigh Rebecca, born 1-22-06. Attends First Baptist Church, Myrtle Beach.

Randy has been practicing with Gundling Law Firm since the beginning of 1999, with his primary practice areas including civil litigation, real estate, and complex commercial litigation cases.  He also has significant experience in appellate practice, authoring arguments submitted to the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the United States Federal District Court for the District of South Carolina, the South Carolina Supreme Court, the South Carolina Court of Appeals, the South Carolina Circuit Court, and the South Carolina Administrative Law Judge Division.
